Fr. Kevin Sepe , a Lowell native who attended St. Michael Church, is our new administrator as of June 1, 2021. We are delighted to have Fr. Kevin with us. He's prayerful, approachable, a great homilist, a seasoned priest, and he has a great sense of humor!
According to information online: After being ordained in 1986, Father Sepe served at St. Joseph Parish in Quincy, Sacred Heart Parish in Middleboro, and St. Mary Parish in Randolph before being appointed Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi in Braintree in 1998.
During his 13-year tenure as Pastor at St. Francis, Father Sepe completed enhancements to the church, the school and the rectory as well as growth in enrollment at St. Francis of Assisi School.
In 2012, Father Sepe was appointed Episcopal Vicar and Secretary for Parish Life and Leadership for the Archdiocese.
In 2015, he was appointed pastor of the St. John-St. Paul Collaborative in Wellesley. More recently, Father was serving the parish of Sacred Heart, Bradford.
As you can see, Father Sepe has much varied experience in the Boston Archdiocese, and we truly look forward to welcoming him to Dracut (an area of which he is quite familiar!)
We thank our former pastor, Fr. Bob Blaney, for this prudent choice for St. Francis. Please keep Fr. Sepe in your prayers as he prepares for his move to Dracut.
Did you know... .Fr. Sepe was present at the dedication of our church in 1996?!
