The Communication Commission's primary focus is to communicate to the parish all information that will allow everyone to be knowledgeable about parish life.

The committee began producing a quarterly newsletter in the first quarter of 1995. The newsletter is mailed to all parishioners and is designed specifically to keep all members of the parish informed about present and upcoming events, as well as review and reflect on times gone by.

Saint Francis went online with a parish website on June 24, 1996.

The committee also prepared a Parish Photo Directory in 1997.
